Crémant (wine): A crémant is a sparkling sparkling wine obtained by the traditional method (alias “champenoise method” in Champagne) in a particular appellation area. There are thus crémants de Loire, Burgundy, Bordeaux, Alsace and Luxembourg. Each person's production must comply with specifications (INAO decree) specific to their region.
