Chenanson: Chenanson is a French variety of black grapes. Chenanson was obtained by Paul Truel from the National Institute of Agronomic Research in Montpellier. The genetic origin is verified and it is a cross of the Grenache noir x Jurançon noir grape varieties made in 1958.
