Cécube : Le cécube est un vin renommé de l'Antiquité romaine. Il était cultivé dans le Latium entre Terracine et Gaète. On emploie encore parfois ce terme pour désigner un bon vin : « Buvons, au nez des Catons, le vin de tous nos cantons.
