Beading: adj. A beading wine, also called a beading or a sparkling wine, is generally a dry white wine. It is at the limit of still wine and sparkling wine. It all depends on the carbon dioxide pressure in the bottle. It must be between 0,5 and 1 bar and contain dissolved CO2 greater than 0,7 g/l (maximum of 2 g/l). We then see the appearance of bubbles when the wine warms up to 20° when the bottle is opened. The cork does not jump, there is no slack formation either...
