Agronomic yield: locut. The economic yield is the quantity of harvest reduced to the unit of area. Thus the winegrower expresses it in tonnes of grapes per hectare (t / ha). A yield of more than 10 tonnes of grapes per hectare is considered high. France, it is on average 7,5 tons per hectare; Italy 10; Greece 6,8; Spain 4,8; Portugal 3,7.
