Arbouriou: The Arbouriou variety is a black variety of red grapes, abouriou originates from Lot-et-Garonne, and more particularly from Marmandais. Also called Gamay Saint-Laurent.
Descended from the Magdeleine Noire de Charente, this plant has an early budburst for which it is particularly appreciated. It is still called loubéjac or préssac de Bourgogne and it can be recognized by a few specific features.
