Arranged rum: Arranged rum is a rum preparation in which various ingredients such as leaves, fruits, seeds, barks or even sweets have macerated. It is originally a specialty of Reunion then taken up in the West Indies but also in Madagascar.
Originally, it is drunk more as a digestif since little or no sugar is added to it, unlike punch. However, it can be sweetened with cane sugar syrup to be drunk as an aperitif.
