Sablé de Wissant: Sablé de Wissant is a cheese made from raw cow's milk, with an uncooked pressed paste and whose rind has been regularly brushed with Wissant white beer. It comes in the form of a 12cm side block, 4 to 5cm high, for a weight of about 520 grams.
Origin and terroir: Originally from Boulonnais (*), this young cheese is made at the Sainte Godeleine cheese dairy in Wierre-Effroy by the Bernard brothers (See the Frères Bernard website).
