Wallflower: The wallflower is an annual and herbaceous plant (Brassicasées family, formerly called Crucifers - Botanical name: Matthiola Incana) with fragrant flowers, of various colors.
The wallflower has a very fragrant taste. It is eaten in salad or confit.
We find the aroma of wallflower in certain wines made from the Chardonnay grape variety.
