Veiled Lady: The Veiled Lady (Botanical name: Dictyophora indusiata) is a mushroom which is also called "veiled phallus".
This Phallus indusiatus could be described as a stinking Satyr who would have adorned a superb dress of white lace, with very wide meshes.
For the rest: size, general shape, egg, smell, mode of reproduction, everything is identical to Phallus impudicus.
