Torrée: The torrée is a specialty of the canton of Neuchâtel, in Switzerland, in which the sausage is king and the sausage, queen. This sausage, a cousin of the Morteau sausage, is cooked, with other charcuterie, over the embers or under the ashes in a cabbage leaf foil wrapper and outdoors.
The following meal, which bears the same name, is shared around the fire.
