Skuta: Skua is a curd of cow's milk from Bosnia and Herzegovina, partially skimmed that is eaten fresh or mixed with other ingredients such as butter for use in cooking or baking. This fresh cheese is actually a type to which we can relate Grusevina, Svapski and Urda, which are common to the entire Balkan region.
