Pule (Serbian cheese): Pule cheese (or in Serbian: magareći si), is a Serbian fresh cheese made from 60% Balkan donkey's milk and 40% goat's milk.
The cheese is produced in the Zasavica Nature Reserve, as designed by Slobodan Simić, director of the Zasavica Nature Reserve and former Serbian MP.
Pule is said to be the "most expensive cheese in the world", reaching USD 1 per kilogram in 300.
