Saint-paulin: Saint-paulin (place name in Brittany) is a semi-hard, pressed and uncooked cheese, with washed rind, made from pasteurized cow's milk, similar to Port-salut cheese (See Port Hi).
“Saint-Paulin” is a trademark of this industrial pasteurized French as well as Canadian cheese marketed throughout the year.
