Pormonier: Pormonier is a sausage made from pork and collard greens. It is made in Haute-Savoie only and differs from its cousin in Pormon (Savoie) in which green ingredients (spinach, leeks, chard) are used.
Traditionally, the Pormonier sausage is cooked and served with another Haut-Savoyard sausage, the diot.
