Pédoncule : n.m. Un pédoncule (mot venant du latin pedunculus, petit pied) est un axe principal supportant une structure organisée. Ex. : pédoncule d’une pomme.
Un pédoncule est donc la queue d'une fleur ou d'un fruit, la tige qui les supportent.
