Oregano: Oregano is an aromatic plant (Lamiaceae family with pink inflorescences such as dictame or marjoram). Aromatics taken from this plant. Widely used in Italy, especially on pizzas. Oregano is also found in sauces for pasta without and with meat (ragú). Its pink flowers are used to decorate dishes such as pasta or fish.
