Kasséri: Kasséri (in modern Greek Κασέρι or in Turkish kaşar or kaşer) is a medium-hard, pale yellow-white cheese made from unpasteurized sheep's milk with, if available, goat's milk made in Greece and Turkey.
There is also a cow's milk version.
