Edel de Cléron: Edel de Cléron is a cheese of relatively recent tradition which bears the name of the village which created it and which manufactures it, Cléron, in the Loue valley of the Haut Doubs Jura in Franche-Comté, region from the east of France. It is similar in taste, shape and texture to Mont d'Or. It is made from lightly pasteurized Haut Doubs cow's milk. It is surrounded by a band of natural aromatic resinous fir bark traditional handcrafted from Japan.
