Capparaceae: The Capparaceae (or Capparaceae or Capparidaceae) family includes dicotyledonous plants.
They are trees, shrubs, lianas and sometimes herbaceous plants, often adapted to arid zones, from temperate to tropical regions. It is a widespread family.
The phylogenetic classification APG II (2003) does not accept this family and includes these plants among the Brassicaceae.
