Cannabaceae: Cannabaceae (or Cannabaceae) are a family of dicotyledonous plants. In the past, its name was also written: Cannabinaceae, Cannabidaceae or Cannabiaceae.
In the classic classification of Cronquist (1981), the family is assigned to the order of Urticales, and includes two genera:
- Cannabis L. - hemp.
- Humulus L. - hops.
