Camomille : La camomille (mot venant du grec. khamaimêlon, de khamai « à terre » et mêlon « pomme »), est une plante herbacée aromatique (Famille des Astéracées, anciennement Composées), dont les capitules floraux sont utilisés pour leurs propriétés (autres noms : anthémis noble, ou camomille romaine, matricaire). La camomille est aussi le nom de l’infusion des fleurs de cette plante. De nos jours, elle parfume les gâteaux, les glaces ou les macarons.
