Gandeuillot: Gandeuillot is a charcuterie specialty from the Fougerolles region (Haute-Saône department, Franche-Comté region; see map below). It is a large sausage in the shape of a jesus which has the originality of having a melee made of pork meat (like sausages) and tripe (like andouillettes). It is eaten hot or cold.
