Philippe Gobet: Philippe Gobet is a French chef and pastry chef (Belleville-sur-Saône, Rhône department 1962). He worked at Georges Blanc in Vonnas before being hired as pastry chef-baker by Joël Robuchon (Le Jamin, Restaurant Joël Robuchon now closed) with whom he collaborated for thirteen years, which led him to travel the world.
