Hans Haas: Hans Haas is a German-Austrian chef (born in Wildschönau, Austria in 1957). A discreet Tyrolean, with a sporty physique and golden fingers, he is Munich's number one cook. He trained at the Erprinz in Ettlingen, at the Bruckenkeller in Frankfurt, at the Auberge de l'Illhaeusern (France), then at L'Aubergine in Munich alongside Eckart Witzigmann. He has been present since 1991 at the restaurant Tantris, in a curious concrete building from the 1970s on the edge of the intellectual district...
