Garin (Georges): Georges Garin is a French chef (Nuits-Saint-Georges 1912 - Solliès-Toucas, Var 1979).
He left his native Burgundy to open, in 1961, rue Lagrange in Paris (5th arrondissement), the restaurant that would bear his name and obtain two stars in the Michelin Guide.
