David Bouley: David Bouley is an American chef (Storrs, Connecticut, 1953). Influenced by a French grandmother, he studied at the Sorbonne, while doing internships with the great chefs of Europe (Paul Bocuse, Frédy Girardet, etc.). He works under the orders of Roger Vergé in San Francisco, but also in New Mexico in Santa Fe and Cape Cod in Massachusetts, then in New York at Cirque, Périgord and the Basque Coast.
