Takeuchi (Hisayuki): Hisayuki Takeuchi (竹 内 寿 幸, Takeuchi Hisayuki, alias "Hissa") is a Japanese chef, master restaurateur in France, born November 12, 1961 in Seiyo (Ehime prefecture), on the island of Shikoku in Japan.
