Gewurztraminer : Le cépage Gewurztraminer est originaire du Palatinat, introduit en Alsace vers 1870, il y a trouvé son terroir d'élection. Aromatique, aux raisins très sucrés, il est de production faible et irrégulière mais permet des vendanges tardives. C'est l'un des 4 grands cépages de l'Alsace viticole, qui lui consacre 20% de son encépagement. Il ne peut être confondu avec aucun autre cépage grâce à ses petites baies roses qui forment de petites grappes. Gewurz signifie « épicé » en allema...
